Funeral service for Rubie Rikard Davis, 95, will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Rev. Justin Eshlehman officiating. Burial will follow at Ridge Crest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2018 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church 607 Bethlehem Road B-L SC 29006. Mrs. Davis passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018.

Born in Lexington on December 24, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Simuel D. and Mertie Goff Rikard. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, former Sunday School Teacher, member of the Golden Agers, and active church worker. Mrs. Davis previously lived in the Bethlehem Community for 20 years, was a homemaker, and retired from J. B. Martin Co. Surviving include her daughters, Wanda Jacqueline Davis and Phyllis Marlene Davis (Eric) Hartley; sister, Alice B. Shealy; sisters in law, Marian Taylor, Judy Davis, and Frances Rikard; 3 grandchildren, Shelley (Mike) Barry, Lacey (Kevin) Clowdis and Jena (David) Fisher; 2 great grandchildren, Chloe Fisher and Arthur Barry.

She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard O. Davis and son, Rodney L. Davis.
