Obituary for Ruby Lucille Blaschke Hall Ruby Lucille Blaschke Hall December 4, 1928 – December 17, 2018 Daughter of Felix and Ethel Blaschke, Ruby was born in Holland, Texas, and grew up on a cotton farm just south of Holland. As a native Texan, she attended classes at the Pecan School located between Holland and Bartlett. The one-room classroom for all grades is now gone, but a lone flagpole remains at its site.

Ruby graduated from Holland High School in 1946. She worked in Austin, Texas, for several years. She went on to marry Victor Hall and together they had two sons and two daughters.

She is preceded in death by her sisters Margaret and Francis, brother Cecil, husband Victor and son Carey. She is survived by her sister Ann, son Charles, daughters Vickie and Janice, and numerous nieces and nephews. She leaves behind a legacy of eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
