Sister: Alice Register of Fitzgerald, GA. Grandchildren: Brett (Naiz) McNeill of Valdosta, GA, : Austin McNeill of Douglas, GA, : Justin McNeill of Douglas, GA : Jennifer McNeill of Douglas, GA, a Great-Grandchild: Beau McNeill of Valdosta, GA, : along with several nieces and nephews. Preceded by: Father: Bailey Harper, Mother: Kizzie Mae Brady Harper.

The family will receive friends Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Lax Holiness Baptist Church with Rev. Glynn Fussell and Rev.

Donald Burke officiating. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
