OBITUARY Russell Cooper Todd Sr. December 20, 1930 – December 22, 2018 Russell Cooper Todd, Sr. (Russ), a native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Saturday 22, 2018 with his family by his side. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Hunt Todd; by his parents, James and Beatrice Todd; by his sisters Adele Mayeaux and Beatrice Louise D’Aquin. Russell is survived by his children Rusty Todd and his wife Maria; Terri Wilton and her husband Will; his grandchildren Russell Todd and his wife Abbie and son Riv; Marty Pregeant and husband Matt and children Chandler and Chasten; Carly Wilton and Emily Wilton.

Russ served in the Navy from 1950-1953. From there he worked as a brick mason at Ethyl Co. Russ was an avid outdoorsman, but placed his faith and family above all else. He was so loved by his family, hunting family, and friends for his good humor and good food.

A special thanks to his caregivers, Charlotte and Regenia and Hospice of BR, for the past four months. Pallbearers will be John Todd, Alfred Todd, Russell Todd, III, Will Wilton, Mike Jones and Steve Long. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at St. Thomas More Catholic Church on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 9:30am until the Mass of Christian Burial begins at 11am.

Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
