Obituary for Ruth A Rickard (Garrett) Ruth A. Rickard (Garrett), 85, of North Tonawanda Sunday (June 24, 2018). Mrs. Rickard was born in Tonawanda, New York on April 1, 1933 to Chester and Janet (Michaels) Garrett. She was a secretary at the Niagara Falls Airbase, member and faithful to her church True Word Anointed Ministry of Jesus Christ , North Tonawanda, member of Red Hats Society.

Ruth was predeceased by her husband Curt Rickard, sister Betty (Hank) Bowe, and grandson Stephen Rossman. Ruth is survived by her children Donna Hardeman, Robert G. (Natalie) Henry, grandmother of seven, also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
