Ruth M. Anderson Formerly of Brighton Township Ruth M. Anderson, 89, formerly of Brighton Twp. , passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018. She was born December 31, 1928, in West Bridgewater and was the daughter of the late Paul and Edna Whitmore Martin.

She had also lived in Asheville, N.C., was a member of the Bridgewater United Methodist Church and had been the secretary at the Trinity Episcopal Church in Beaver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, on August 25, 2017; a sister, Polly, and a brother, Jim. Surviving her are her sons, Scott (Marianne) Anderson, Pittsburgh; Greg (Allison) Anderson, Jacksonville, Fla.

, and David (Roxanne) Anderson, Anderson, S.C.; daughter, Teri (Terry) Omogrosso, Chippewa Twp. ; grandchildren, Leah (Patrick) Boyle, Brian (Rachael) Omogrosso, Adam Anderson, Amy (Mark) Wesolek, Paul Anderson, Heather Anderson and Gillian Anderson; great-grandchildren, Geno Boyle, Alaina Boyle, Ellie and Jax Omogrosso, and Koda Wallace, and siblings, Lillian Baxa, Rochester; Arlene (Jack) Johns, Beaver; Shirley Radish, Freedom, and Bill (Jeanne) Martin, Cincinnati, Ohio. Friends will be received Wednesday from 4 p.m. until service time at 7 p.m. in the TODD FUNERAL HOME, 340 Third St., Beaver.

Her pastor, Reverend Harriet Hutton, will officiate.
