Ruth was born on August 6, 1923 in Bluewater, New Mexico and she passed away on January 16, 2019 in Grants, New Mexico.

She is survived by her Children: Carroll Ann Kennedy of Kennewick, Washington, Gordon Lowery and wife Nancy of Homey, Oklahoma, Keith Lowery and wife Becky of Vancouver, Washington, Clint Lowery and wife Val of Mesa, Arizona; 17 Grandchildren, 31 Great Grandchildren and 12 Great-Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Husband: Bob Lowery; Son: Victor Dwight Lowery; Parents: Amos Tietjen and Barbara Lorena “Cluff” Tietjen Pallbearers will be: Tanner Lackey, Adam Kennedy, Curtis Lowery, Skylar Casas, Devan Casas, Cody Robberts, Cory Robberts, jared Robberts, Waylon Lowery.
