Sally Mae Jensen, 75, passed away peacefully and surrounded by her family on the morning of Thursday, June 7th, 2018. She was a loved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and is survived by her 6 children, 26 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren, and her 4 beloved dogs. Sally was born in in Hiawatha, Utah, on January 9th, 1943, daughter of LeNila Timothy and Dean Jensen.

She was charismatic, creative, and carefree. Her strength as she endured her diagnosis was visible by all who encountered her. Her love for her dogs was always evident and was a tribute to the beauty of her kind heart.

Her support of all veterans exemplified patriotism and love for her father. She loved collecting the most important moments to cherish in scrapbooks. She loved her church community and all those who supported and served her so willingly.

She was actively engaged in sharing stories and pictures of her family and was observant of the smallest details. She will be cherished and remembered. A graveside service will be held Friday, June 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Castle Dale City Cemetery entrusted to Fausett Mortuary.
