Obituary for Salote Lasini Iketau Salote Lasini Iketau April 28, 1968 – December 1, 2018 Salote Lasini Iketau, age 50, passed away peacefully in her home in Spanish Fork, Utah on December 1st, 2018. She was the wife of Lenati Iketau, and they were sealed in the Laie Hawaii temple, August 3rd, 1991. Salote Lasini Iketau was born in Mapelu Moelau, Tongatapu, Tonga Islands on April 28th, 1968.

She was the daughter of the late Misieli Siale Mafi and Meleane Teleita Fakatou Mafi. She attended Liahona High School and further her education at BYU-Hawaii. Salote served in multiple capacities including as a Primary President and Young Women President for many years.

She served a full time mission and a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Above all, she was a woman of great faith, who loved unconditionally, and was loved by all that knew her. She was preceded in death by her sister, Litiane Sofia, and her father, Misieli Siale Mafi.

She is survived by her husband Lenati Iketau; her seven children, Lenola Nolasco (Ruben Nolasco), Susan Ho (Kaipo Ho), Kristina Olive (Holani Olive), Sister Mele Iketau, Lenati Iketau Jr, Samuela Iketau, Lavinia Iketau; her siblings, Afu Mafi, Kilistina Mafi, Lavinia Mafi, Fe’ao Mafi and her Mother, Meleane Teleita Fakatou Mafi. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 10th, 2018 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at the LDS Church on 98 S. Main Street Spanish Fork, Utah. Viewing will be held from 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
