Salud fue una maravillosa madre , le encantaba cocinar y tejer , disfrutaba escuchar música mexicana , ver telenovelas y Las reuniiones familiares.

Díaz Pérez y su esposa Nora Díaz de San Juan, TX, Liliana Díaz Pérez y su esposo Zenen González de Huntsville, AR, Alma Díaz Pérez y su esposo Saul Vazquez de Green Forest, Julio Díaz Pérez y su esposa Sheyli Hernández de Green Forest, Misael Díaz Pérez de Green Forest, y Jose E. Diaz de TX y 11 nietos. Le precedieron en la muerte su hija, Erika Díaz Pérez. El servicio Celebration de vida será a las 2:00 PM del jueves 10 de enero de 2019 en Smith Family Funeral Home en Green Forest.

El pastor Stennett Nash oficiará el sepelio Se realizara en el cementerio Fair Grove en Green Forest. La visita de cuerpo presente será de 6 a 8 pm el miércoles 9 de enero de 2019 en Smith Family Funeral Home. Que dios Los Bendiga Salud Perez, age 60, of Green Forest, AR passed away Sunday, January 6, 2018. She was born April 21, 1958 in Ario de Rosales Michoacan, Mexico. Salud was a wonderful mother and enjoyed cooking, crocheting and family gatherings.

She loved listening to Mexican Music and watching soap operas. Salud is survived by her children, Miguel A. Diaz Perez and wife Nora Diaz of San Juan, TX, Liliana Diaz Perez and husband Senen Gonzalez of Huntsville, AR, Alma Diaz Perez and husband Saul Vazquez of Green Forest, Julio Diaz Perez and wife Sheyli Hernandez of Green Forest, Misael Diaz Perez of Green Forest, Jose E. Diaz of TX and 11 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Erika Diaz Perez.

Celebration Of Life Service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest. Pastor Stennett Nash will officiate Interment will follow at Fair Grove Cemetery in Green Forest. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Smith Family Funeral Home.
