OBITUARY Salvatore Garofalo February 16, 1925 – July 13, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Salvatore Garofalo, age 93, of Secaucus, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Friday July 13, 2018. Born and raised in Secaucus, Mr. Garofalo spent his entire life in Secaucus. Salvatore served the United States Navy during W.W.II.

When he returned he worked as a Letter Carrier for the United States Post Office in Secaucus for over 35 years, and was a Television repairman well known in town. Pre-deceased by his loving wife Rose in 2012, he is survived by his son Joseph Garofalo of Secaucus, two daughters Frances Garofalo of Lyndhurst, NJ Linda Larkin and her husband Tom of Pequannock, NJ and 2 grandchildren Brittany and Thomas. Visitation will be held on Tuesday July 17th from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm at Mack Memorial Home 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday July 18th at 9:30am Immaculate Conception Church in Secaucus. Entombment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park Paramus, NJ. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Sal’s name to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
