Samuel Polizzotto, 80, of Parker, CO, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2019 at his home with his wife, Mary, at his side. Loving Husband of 58 years to Mary. Proud Father of Sam (Sandy) Polizzotto of Highlands Ranch, CO, Paul (Tom) Polizzotto of Denver, CO, Beth (Rick) Justice of Arvada, CO and Keith (Kristina) Polizzotto of Arvada, CO.

Grandpa and Papa of Ryan Polizzotto, Casey Polizzotto, Emmalie Markham and Angelina Polizzotto. Also survived by numerous other relatives. Rosary 10:30 a.m. with Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m., both on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Ave Maria Catholic Church, 9056 E. Parker Road in Parker.

Final Resting Place Fort Logan National Cemetery. Inurnment and Military Honors provided by the United States Navy at 2:30 p.m., Staging Area B. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Sam’s memory be made to a charity of your choice.
