Sandra Sue Winkle, age 67, of Franklin, Ohio, died Wednesday March 20, 2019. She was born in Springfield, Ohio on November 18, 1951 to Adam and Dorothy (Elkins) Weber. She was employed with JEMS and Eaton Medical Transport for 20 years and retired in 2011.

She was preceded in death by her father, Adam Jacob Weber, mother, Dorothy Belle Elkins, a brother, Donald Richard Weber. Sandra is survived by her two sons, Sherman E. (Billie) Winkle, Jr., Kenneth Winkle; granddaughter, Gabrielle Ella Mae Winkle; and sister, Kay Frances (Jim) Weber Myers. Please visit www.
