Carrillo, born on October 06, 1969 in San Angelo, Texas, entered into eternal rest on February 24, 2019 at the age of 49. Santos is preceded in death by his dad, Osbaldo Carrillo and grandparents. Santos is survived by his loving wife Stephanie.

Daughter; Kathrine Harley Carrillo, Mother; Blanca Carrillo, Brother; Walter (Rosamaria) Carrillo. Uncle; Francisco (Carmen) Carrillo, Aunt; Consuelo (Benjamin) Ibarra, Godchildren; Julia, Jocelyne, Selena, Alicia, Daniel and Eric. Also, many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation for Santos will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 01, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Diabetes, Liver and Heart associations.
