Obituary for Sarah d’Eustachio Sarah Alexandra d’Eustachio died unexpectedly at home on September 24, 2018 in Salisbury, MD at the age of 26. Born December 11, 1991 in Baltimore, MD, Sarah spent much of her life on the Eastern Shore. She graduated with honors from Snow Hill High School in 2009.

Sarah was an avid reader, fervent walker, published poet, slayed at board games and could finish a crossword faster than most. Creative and Kind, Sarah was an artist who loved to knit and bake for loved ones, and she never passed by any animal without a pat or happy word. She protected those she loved.

Her daughter, Lilli, was always on her mind and in her heart. Sarah is survived by her parents Anthony and Krista d’Eustachio, and her daughter Lillith of Columbia, MD. Sister Monica of Rockville, MD and brother Zachary of Stockton, MD.

She is also survived by paternal grandparents Ernest and Virginia d’Eustachio of the Villages, FL, and her maternal grandmother Patricia Cardno of Ellicott City, MD. Uncles, Stephen and Ronald d’Eustachio, aunts Mela Cummins and Cara Lauler (Mike), and five cousins. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Charles Cardno of Ellicott City, MD.

A memorial service is scheduled for October 6, 2018 at 1:00pm at the Monarch Mills Community Center, 7600 Monarch Mills Way, in Columbia, MD 21046, with a reception to follow. Rev. Debra Latture will officiate the ceremony.

All are welcome to attend and celebrate Sarah’s life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wicomico County Public Library, Attn: Cheryl Nardiello, 122 S.
