Obituary for Mrs. SARAH ANN LOUIS FORT WORTH – Sarah Ann Louis passed away at home Thursday afternoon, May 31, 2018, due to health complications. She was 37. SERVICE: A service at the grave will be held 11 a.m. Sunday in Ahavath Sholom Cemetery.

Minyan services will be held Sunday at Congregation Ahavath Sholom, beginning at 6 p.m. MEMORIALS: Her family respectfully requests that no flowers be sent. However, in lieu of flowers, consideration to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or the Epilepsy Foundation, in her memory, is suggested. Born Jan.

11, 1981 in Fort Worth, Sarah was the daughter of Sue Ann and Alvin Louis. She was a avid lover of sports, comics, art, her dogs and her Jewish faith. She will be remembered as a shining soul in all of our hearts.

She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Leland and Helen Vanness and Arthur and Sadie Louis. SURVIVORS: In addition to her wife, Shelly, Sarah is survived by her mother, Sue Ann Scott and her husband, Dr. Jerry Scott; sister and her husband, Le’Ann and Chuck Spinks; her brightest light, nephew, John; along with many family and friends.
