Obituary Sarah R. Councell age 45 of Coldwater, Michigan was surrounded by her family Thursday afternoon November 29, 2018 when she lost her hard fought battle with cancer. She was born February 1, 1973 in Forest Grove, Oregon daughter of Melvin and Carol (Mobley) Garner. Most of Sarah’s adult life was spent in the Coldwater, Michigan and Angola, Indiana.

On December 17, 2010 she married Jeffery Lynn Councell in Hillsdale, Michigan. He died December 6, 2012.
