OBITUARY Sarah T. Falvo November 16, 1928 – November 11, 2018 On November 11, 2018 with her loving family by her side in her home, Sarah Falvo age 90 was received into the arms of her Savior. Sarah was a resident of Franklin Park and a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Sarah was preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Louis Falvo.

Sarah is survived by her children Frank and Nancy Falvo, Kathy and Anthony Fontana, Rita and James Barnes, and Lena and Paul Lyle. Sarah was the proud grandmother of Anthony Fontana (Heather), Danielle Falvo Omasits (Chris), Nicci Fontana Bertucci (Joe), Katrina Fontana Hehrer (Kevin), Alisha Falvo Kuntz (Matty), Jacqueline Barnes, Gina Falvo Ek (Ryan), Alexandra Falvo Scalzitti (TJ), and Michelle Barnes. One of Sarah’s greatest joys was spending time with her great-grandchildren.

She will be truly missed by Giovanni & Marcello Fontana; Amelia, Martina, Carmella, & Cecilia Bertucci; Eleanor Hehrer; Luca Kuntz; and Francesca Omasits. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 4 until 8 PM at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Highway, Ross Township, (412-364-4444). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at St. John Neumann Church.

Entombment will follow in Allegheny County Memorial Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Hospital or the Alzheimer’s Foundation of Pittsburgh. Special thanks to the staff of Allegheny Health Network and Allegheny Health Hospice.
