Scott Daniel Rubin, 44, of Las Vegas, Nevada, died suddenly on March 7, 2019. Raised in Sayville, Scott attended Sayville High School. He moved to Las Vegas approximately six years ago.

Scott is survived by his parents, Lynn and Dr. Steven Rubin of Sayville, his sister, Lee Schum and her husband Michael of Pennsylvania, as well as his nephews, Logan and Jack Schum. Friends and relatives will gather on Thursday, March 14th at 11 a.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville where a religious service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Beth Moses Cemetery in Farmingdale.
