Judith A. Maurer, 72, of Sayville, LI, died on Monday, March 4, 2019. Raised in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, Judy lived in Sayville for more that forty years and summered in Breezy Point most of her life. Mrs. Maurer is survived by her six children, Kelly Straub and her husband Robert of Tennessee, Kim Post and her husband Martin of Oakdale, Kristine Cantwell and her husband Tommy of West Islip, Robert and his wife Cheryl of Bayport, Kara Holbrook and her husband Trevor of Sayville and James of Sayville, as well as her fifteen grandchildren.

Judith was predeceased by her husband, Robert, by her parents, Austin and Mary Brownrigg, by her brothers, Joseph and Robert Brownrigg, as well as by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Philip and Eleanor Maurer. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Mary Jane Hammond, wife of the late Thomas Hammond.
