Scott Roth, 21, was born July 18, 1997 in Urbana and passed on May 5, 2019, in Urbana. Even as a baby he had a smile that could lift the spirits of anyone who saw it. Growing up Scott excelled in all sports but fell in love with wrestling, which led to Mixed Martial Arts.

Scott was never afraid to be himself and stand up for what he believed in. Scott always saw the best in people and was willing to help others when needed with no other agenda in mind except to help. Scott was still finding his way in this world and was made to make a positive impact on this world.

He will be truly missed, but rest assured, he is in a better place where he has been given the responsibility by God to watch over everyone that loves him. Scott is survived by his mother, Heidi Roth; his father, Andrew Roth; his brother, Hunter Roth; grandmothers, Jennie Rodgers and Toni Hartry Quick and his uncle John Goudie; along with a long list of family members who will always love him. Friends may greet the family on Friday, May 10 from 4-6 pm at Owens Funeral Home, 101 N. Elm St, Champaign.
