Scott Andrew “Scotty” Woolever age 48, of Keystone Heights passed away at his home Tuesday, January 22, 2019. He was born May 8, 1970, to Donald Woolever and Mary (Haas) Kittrell in Panorama City, California where he earned his High School Diploma and won numerous medals while participating in the Special Olympics. Scotty was a member of Trinity Baptist Church where he touched the hearts and lives of so many; he continuously volunteered countless hours working in the kitchen, helping with concessions during ball games, assisting teachers during AWANA’s, and being a part of the Easter Pageant.

Scotty could also be found working at McDonald’s assisting with keeping it looking clean and bringing a smile to those he met. As far as sports go Scotty defiantly supported his Green Bay packers and Florida Gators teams. His father Donald Woolever had preceded him in death.

Scotty leaves behind his mother Mary Kittrell of Keystone Heights and seven siblings Chris Woolever of Oklahoma, Deborah Lee of Keystone Heights, Penny Maryfield of Nebraska, Cheryl Burruss of Orange Park, Tammy Kinzy, Bertie Brewer and Danny Kittrell all of California. Also left behind is his Aunt Martha Jane Shelton of Keystone Heights; Uncle Charles “Uncle Bug” Haas of California; close and special friend Scott Stanland of Keystone Heights and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral services for Scotty will be held Thursday, January 31, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. in Trinity Baptist Church with Pastor Scott Stanland and Pastor James Peoples officiating.

Viewing will begin one hour prior to the beginning of the service. Interment will follow in Keystone Heights Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Special Olympics Florida, 1915 Don Wickham Drive, Clermont, FL 34711.
