Scott William Dulgar passed away at Enloe Medical Center on January 8, 2019 at age 70. Scott was born in Oakland, California to his parents, John and Mickey Dulgar. He is survived by his brother Corey (Susan) Dulgar, his children Scott “JW” Dulgar, Danielle Victorino, and Angela (Michael) Decker, and his grandchildren Makena Glaze, Brody Decker, Jett Decker, and Daniela Dulgar.

Scott served on both the Oakland and Chico Police Departments, and was an instructor at the Butte College Police Academy. He will be remembered for his kindness and compassion, and for his devotion to his family, friends, and community. He was a lifelong physical fitness enthusiast, and loved to travel.

Services for Scott will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 3:00pm at the Chico Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1877 Hooker Oak Avenue, Chico. A reception will follow in the Church Hall.
