Sergio’s Obituary Sergio Rene Acosta II, 51, of Nogales, Arizona, was called home to be with our Lord and Salvation on February 11, 2019. He is preceded in death by his Mother: Virginia Corella; Sister: Olga Corella; and Grandparents: Mama Chuy and Richard. He is survived by his wife: Jesusita Nides; Son: Sergio Rene Acosta III; Daughters: Alyssa Renee Cordova, Martika Duarte, Czarina Renee Acosta, and Angelica Renee Acosta; Brother: Jesus Manuel Corella; Sister Alba Corella; 5 Grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends that loved him dearly.

Only the forgotten ones die. As long as we all keep remembering him, he will continue to live in our hearts. He created so many memories with not only his family and loved ones, but with the community as well.

He was friendly and no matter what sadness was within him, he always tried to uplift everyone’s spirit and make them smile. He may be gone physically, but will forever live in the hearts of all those he touched. Services have been entrusted to Martinez Funeral Chapels-Nogales.

On Friday, February 15th, Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. On Saturday, February 16, 2019 a mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church. (TIME PENDING, PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR UPDATE) Burial will follow mass at Nogales City Cemetery.
