Shane McDonough, beloved son and brother, of Niles passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 7:57 a.m. in his residence. He was 25. He was born in Warren on August 14, 1992, the son of Patrick and Sharon Hanna McDonough.

Shane attended Niles McKinley High School. He worked at a housepainter for Star Quality Painting. In his spare time, Shane enjoyed listening to all types of music, watching comedy’s and playing video games.

He liked skateboarding and bicycling, as well as dirt bikes. He enjoyed fishing but most importantly he loved spending time with his family and friends and was a very outgoing person. In addition to his parents, Shane is survived by 4 brothers; Patrick (Corinne) McDonough of Lakeland, FL, Scott (Cheryl) McDonough of PA, Joshua McDonough of Howland, and Jacob McDonough of Niles; a Grandmother, Rachel Short; a Grandfather, Samuel Hanna; his nephew, Lexxton; Aunts and Uncles, Angie (Tom) Collins, Samuel (Shannon) Hanna, Kathy Sohgen, and Anthony Hanna; and many other aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by Grandmother, Grace Jones McDonough; Grandfather, Stanley McDonough and a Great Grandmother, Jessie Hanna Friends and family may view the obituary, send condolences, and can make a monetary donation to assist the family with funeral expenses by visiting www.
