Sharlyn Ellen “Jamie” Shoulders Doak, a resident of Bixby passed away Monday, May 27th, 2019 in Tulsa at the age of 70. She was born September 5, 1948 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to James Arthur “Jim” Shoulders and Sharon (Heindselman) Shoulders. Jamie is a graduate of Henryetta High School and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Henryetta.
She worked for many years in customer service for USIS doing government background checks. She is preceded in death by her father Jim Shoulders. Jamie is survived by two children: Dana Dawn Doak Reynolds of Tulsa; David Justin Doak & wife Kim of Bixby; Four grandchildren: Ashton Danielle Reynolds of Henryetta; Derek Reynolds of Tulsa; Langley Elizabeth Doak of Bixby; Logan Elise Doak of Bixby; Mother: Sharon Shoulders of Henryetta; Brother: Marvin Paul Shoulders & wife Lori of Henryetta; Two sisters: Janna Lee Shoulders Soza & husband Bob of Tulsa; Marcie Marie Shoulders Roth & husband Joel of Tonkawa; Also by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
Viewing for Jamie will be from 6-8pm Thursday, May 30th at Integrity Funeral Service. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 31st, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church in Henryetta with Rev. Kyle Kiner officiating.
Interment will follow in New Sonora Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
