Obituary for Shaun Arlen McPeek Shaun Arlen McPeek, 56, of Fort Lupton, passed away June 29, 2018. Shaun was born to Robert and Harleen (Herman) McPeek on April 2, 1962 in Longmont Hospital. He graduated from Ft.

Lupton High School in 1980. He attended CSU in Ft. Collins and graduated in 1984 and 1986 with degrees in Animal Science and Food Technology.

He worked for Longmont Foods for nine years as a plant manager and built the new addition. He went to work at North American Galvanizing in Commerce City in 1992 to 2018 as a Plant Manager for 26 years. He married Susan Abenilla in August 1991.

They had three sons together, Cole, Ian and Case McPeek. They divorced in 1999. He had many hobbies.

He loved going to the cabin at Gould, CO, enjoyed Africa, Canada hiking in Moab, UT, hunting, fishing, spending time with his sons, cooking for all the holidays for his family. He is survived by his parents, brother, Jaime McPeek; sons, Cole, Ian and Case McPeek. Services will be at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Allnutt Macy Chapel.
