Sheila Patricia Margaret Anderson, age 94, of Rochester Hills, formerly of Royal Oak, passed away February 10, 2019. She was born December 25, 1924 in Detroit. Sheila graduated from Royal Oak High School, worked as a librarian for the Royal Oak Public Library and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak.

Beloved wife of the late James Anderson (d. 1995); the couple married December 11, 1945 in Edinburgh, Scotland. Loving mother of Sheila M. Durda (Rich), James Ian Anderson (Anna) and Joan B. Anderson (Joseph Muscat).

Proud grandmother of Brian (Jennifer) Durda, Katie (Brandon) Kipp, Ian (Amanda) Anderson, Kristen (Nicholas) Fulgenzi, Scott (Emily) Corba and Greg (Christopher) Anderson and 15 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Catherine Kelly, and siblings, Dorene Sturdy and Robert Kelly. Visitation Wednesday 10 am until the time of service 1 pm at the Wm.

Sullivan and Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Road (4 blocks E of Woodward), Royal Oak. Burial at Acacia Park Cemetery, Beverly Hills. Memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association or First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak are appreciated.
