Sherry’s Obituary Sharon Sue “Sherry” Grimes, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 in Chickasha, Oklahoma at the age of 74. She was born December 21, 1944 in Chickasha to Finis and Bonnie (Brown) Harrison. Sherry was raised in Chickasha and graduated from Chickasha High School in 1963.

She married Gerald Grimes on October 5, 1963 in Ninnekah, OK. She raised her two children Brent and Angie and was co-owner of Gerald Grimes Motor Co. and she babysat Gage and Lacy. She also completed cosmetology school.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald on January 26, 2011; her parents, Finis & Bonnie; a brother, Keith; and her in-laws, Bob & Trual Grimes; and father-in-law, Jesse Salter. Sherry is survived by her son, Brent Grimes and his wife, Amanda, of Chickasha, OK; and her daughter, Angie Cremer and her husband, John, of Chickasha, OK; Grandchildren: Gage Grimes, Lacy Grimes, Kanaan Cremer and Jonah Cremer; Sister-in-law, Darleen Harrison of Chickasha, OK; Marty and Jim Hughes of Tuttle, OK; Bob and Pat Grimes of Kent, WA; And her nieces, nephews and cousins.
