Mrs. Sheryel Denise (Sanders) Storey, age 68, of Whitesburg passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019. She was born in Newnan on Monday, October 23, 1950. Mrs. Stoery was the daughter of the late, Winston Taylor Sanders and the late, Catherine (Brown) Sanders.

Besides her parents, Mrs. Storey is preceded in death by her husband Donald T. Storey and her sister, Joy Rowell. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Buffey and Stacy Folsom of Whitesburg as well as a number of other relatives. In accordance with Mrs. Storey’s wishes, she will be cremated.
