OBITUARY Shirley A Mitchell November 26, 1941 – November 8, 2018 Play Tribute Movie PELL CITY – Funeral Service for Shirley Astin Mitchell, age 76, will be held Saturday, November 10 at 2:00 p.m. at Coosa Valley Baptist Church. Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from Noon to 2 p.m. at the Church.

Mrs. Mitchell passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018. She is preceded in death by her son, Ronald C. Hayes; parents, Weyman & Mayme Astin; brothers, Weyman N. Astin, Jr., Norman D. Astin, Charles A. Astin, Dwight S. Astin; sister, Mary Ruth Collins. She is survived by her husband, Ernest H. Mitchell; daughter, Cindy Hayes Vickers; grandson, Zachary Vickers; sister, Fay Corley; brother, Howard “Dicky” Astin.
