Vuong “Vic” Luong, Parochial Vicar, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Lawton officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Jesus took Shirley home on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 2:45 pm in Everett, Washington. On December 12, 2018 at 2:45 pm, Jesus came and took our beautiful mother, Shirley Ann Collins, 71, home to paradise. Her children and grandchildren were by her side.

She left this Earth quietly and with no pain. Mrs. Collins was born on May 2, 1947 in Champagne, Illinois to Clifton King, Sr. and Mary K. Brown. She was raised in Yazoo City, Mississippi.

Shirley was a devoted wife and mother. She was very proud of her family and was excited to be called Mamaw by her three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She loved Christmas and family get-togethers, any chance she had to spend time with family and good friends.

All who knew her felt love, loyalty, hospitality and kindness. Shirley was known for her witty sense of humor and big beautiful smile. She believed her biggest accomplishment in her life was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Shirley was laid to rest on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Post Cemetery, Fort Sill, Oklahoma with the love of her life Vernon Collins.
