Shirley Ann’s Obituary Shirley Ann Skipper Tarte, entered into eternal rest on January 15, 2019 at the age of 80. She was born in Aynor, South Carolina on December 31, 1938. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arland and Mattie Poston Skipper; brothers, Aubrey, Arland, and Ronald; and sister, Dianne.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 63 years, Bob (Earl); children, Mike Tarte (Terry), Audrey Tarte-Davis, Wes Tarte (Paula), Bobby Tarte, and Debra Tarte-Leaming (Lance); 10 Grandchildren, Nicholas (Calista), Christopher (Mary), John (Mandi) Tarte, Kristin Valadez (Pete), Jennifer Tarte (David), Joshua Tarte, Lauren Wilson, Morgan Davis (Clint), Reaghan Tarte, and Emily Leaming; 12 Great-Grandchildren, Logan, Hattie, Sam, Alyssa, Stevie Rae, Gracie, Dallas, Landry, Kailyn, JW, Anora, and Molly; her sister, Barbara Jones; and numerous friends and relatives. Shirley loved time spent with her family and celebrating our many family traditions around the holidays.
