Obituary for Shirley B Phillips Shirley B Phillips, 90, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away at the Davis Hospice Center on December 20, 2018. Shirley was born on November 25, 1928 in Davenport, Nebraska to Howard and Laura Snyder. Shirley was a loving wife who was married to her husband Art of 68 years.

She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and belonged to the Beta Sigma Fi Sorority. Shirley is survived by her three children, Nancy (Bob) Walsh, Lee (Brenda) Phillips and Scott (Kathy) Phillips; six grandchildren, Eric, Lisa, Braeden, Lara, Megan and Kelly; and five great-grandchildren, Easton, Quinn, Everly, Violette and Emma.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters; and a grandson, Tanner. A memory service will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on Thursday December 27, 2018. Viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Alison George officiating.

Private family interment will take place at a later date in Davenport, Nebraska. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you would make a donation to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Funeral services are under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
