Obituary for William C. Sandoval William C. Sandoval, 79, of Cheyenne passed away December 11, 2018 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. He was born October 19, 1939, in Holman, NM to Pacomio and Rumaldita Sandoval. He married Mela Duran on July 24, 1977 in Cheyenne.

He retired as a chef and was a member of St. Mary’s Cathedral and a 4th degree Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife Mela Sandoval of Cheyenne; son William Sandoval, Jr. of Taos, NM; daughter, Bernadette Meza of Cheyenne; siblings, Pacomio “Packy” Sandoval of Cheyenne, Nancy Rios of Cheyenne, Gloria Martinez of Cheyenne, Rita Ortega of Albuquerque, NM, Alex Sandoval of Cheyenne and Celestino “Bob” Sandoval of Cheyenne; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Vigil for the Deceased will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A Funeral Liturgy will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Cathedral. Private interment will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
