She was a member at Deeper Life Outreach Ministries in Hampton, VA under the leadership of Bishop Carey Brown Sr She was preceded in death by: brother, Michael Barfield; sister, Ivy Tillery, and son Jamison Lee Barfield. She is survived by: son, Quennel Barfield of Newport News, VA; brother, Robert Barfield (Evelynn) of Newport News, VA; sister, Lucy Jones (Larry) of Enfield, N.C.; two grandchildren; Dont’e Cooper of PA and D’jala Barfield of Hampton, VA; two aunts, Margaret King (Freddie) of New Jersey and Elizabeth Haskstall (Harrell) of Ridgewood, N.C.; Five nieces; 16 great nieces, two nephews, and seven great nephews and a host of friends and extended family.
