Shirley Hopkins, of Vilonia, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord on December 12, 2018, in Conway, at the age of 92. Shirley was born on September 15, 1926, in Wellington, New Zealand to Albert Victor and Charlotte Hannah Gordon. Shirley leaves to cherish three sons, William J. “Bill” Hopkins of Royal, AR; Dr. Michael G. Hopkins (Karla) of Batesville, AR; Dale E. Hopkins of Vilonia, AR; Charlotte Vann (Buddy) of Conway, AR; brother, Ian Gordon (Dorthy) of Petone, New Zealand; eight grandchildren, Tammy Burke (Bill); Brian Hopkins (Mandy); Kevin Hopkins (Melissa); Josh Hopkins; Chris Hopkins (Erin); Kyle Vann (Stefanie); Clay Vann (Brittian); Cole Vann (Whitney); and twelve great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joseph B. Hopkins; a brother, Richard Gordon, and her sister, Mona Gordon. The family will host a Celebration of Life Ceremony at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Beryl Baptist Church 873 Main Street Vilonia, AR. 72173 with Bro.

Wade Lentz officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. The family will host a private burial at a later date.
