Shirley I. (Dibble) Hall Age 94, was born February 20, 1924 the daughter of the late Stewart and Myrtle (Dean) Dibble passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility where she was a resident the past two months. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Burdette and daughter Pat Congdon. She is survived by her loving children: sons: Ted (Stephie) Hall of New Port Richie, FL; Burdette (Val) Hall of McGraw, NY; Lynn (Loretta) Hall of Live Oak, FL; son-in-law, Art Congdon of Pine City, NY; daughters: Chris (John) Mills of Weeki Wachee Springs, FL; Kitty (Jack) Connelly of Pine City, NY; Bonnie (Dale) Balmer of Midland City, AL; 16 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

For 20 years Shirley was employed at the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company as a bottle inspector. At her request there will be no services. She will be laid to rest with her beloved Burdette in the Woodlawn Cemetery at the convenience of her family.
