Shirley’s Obituary Shirley Jean Grisham, 74, of Basin, Wyoming passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 in Burlington surrounded by her loving family. Shirley was born on January 23, 1945 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to parents Wendell and Betty Mefferd. She married the love of her life, Archie Grisham on September 30, 1965.

She was a homemaker and also helped Archie at his sawmill. She loved going fishing and playing with all of the grandchildren. Shirley was an excellent cook and loved canning.

She also enjoyed quilting and knitting. Shirley enjoyed family trips to Tijuana, Mexico and also to Disneyland about five years ago. She is survived by her husband, Archie Grisham; daughters, Janice (Paul) Richardson, Jo Ann (Jerry) Hopkin, Laura (Jason)Norris; grandchildren, Ian Vannesdale, Gunner Garland, Savanna Cauffman, DJ Richardson, Nakita Richardson and Elizabeth Winterholler; 9 great-grandchildren; brother and sisters-in-law, Nancy and Jim Pasdach, Ida Gilmore, Fred Grisham, Bonnie and Jim Grisham, Ruth Grisham and many nieces and nephews.

She will be missed and cherished forever. Cremation has taken place at the Antelope Butte Crematory in Greybull, WY. Memorial Services will be held, 1:00 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the Community Hall in Shell, WY.

Memorial Contributions maybe made in Shirley’s name to the Bank of Greybull. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atwood Family Funeral Directors.
