Surviving Shirley are her sisters, Diana Milligan, of Carrier Mills and Carolyn Howard, of Carrier Mills. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bill Matson, daughter, Marie, brother, Guy Price Jr., and sisters, Barbara Johnson and Debbie Johnson.
