Shirley M. Earnest age 83 of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday October 2, 2018, at her home, surrounded by family. She was born June 24, 1935 in Kingsland, Ar. to the late Mary E. Price.

Shirley was a long time member of Archview Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, listening to Alan Jackson and spending time with her three cats. She was preceded in death by her husband, Myrl Earnest, her parents, three half-brothers and great-granddaughter Raven Hodges.

She is survived by her son Auborn Eugene Earnest (Susan) of Little Rock, her sister Sally Kemp of Carlise, four Granddaughters: Melissa Tanner (Casey) of Little Rock, Kimberly Allen of Little Rock, Krystal Hodges (Billy) of Conway, and Andrea Baker of Jacksonville. Great-granddaughter Sandrea Tanner, and four great-grandsons; Damian Hodges, Jacob Tanner, Domingo Gonzalez, and Cameron Hodges, and numerous family and friends. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 5, 2018 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan, with visitation one hour prior to service.

Burial will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville, Ar.
