Obituary for Shirley M. Neuenschwander Shirley Mae Neuenschwander passed away on Friday May 11th 2018. Shirley was a resident of Torrance, CA and is survived by her daughters Debbie Laya and Susan Castillo. She has four grandchildren, Kevin Castillo, Shelley Laya, Kara Castillo and Lauren Laya.
