Obituary of Shirley Rogers Bloomington – Shirley Jean Rogers, 59, of Bloomington, died at 7:06 pm on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at her residence. Born August 1, 1958 in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Robert Max and Betty (Puett) Rogers. She was a custodian at Indiana University.

Survivors include three sons, William Keith Phillips, Jr., of Bloomington, Christopher Lee Phillips and wife, Joyce, of Mitchell, Robert Max Phillips, and wife, Robin, of Bloomington; four grandchildren, Christina Phillips, Branson Keith, Joseph Harding, and Haley Harding; a brother, Robert Rogers, of Bloomington; three sisters, Gayle Allgood, Roberta Rogers Ringham, and Marlene Carlson. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 20th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary Burial will follow in Dive Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Friday, July 20th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Family and friends may express condolences at www. daycarter.com.
