Stanley Balke, Kaukauna, age 66, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. He was born on October 16, 1951 in Shawano, WI, the son of the late Frank and Margaret (Beyer) Balke. Stan served his country in the US Army in Korea.

He was employed by Neenah Papers, retiring in 2017. Stan was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a member of St. Katharine Drexel @ St. Mary Catholic Church.

Stanley is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Jennifer (Dennis) Umentum and their children: Dillon, Robert, Carly, Elizabeth, Maggie and Harold; brothers: Clayton, Michael (Pat), Stephen, Bruce (Karen), Peter, and a sister-in-law, Maria; sisters: Mary (Lawrence) McKay, Patricia (William) Laha, Kathleen (James) Klingbeil and Barbara (Jeffrey) Noie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Stan was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers Wayne, Charles and Keith, and his fiancé Susan Larson.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at St. Katharine Drexel @ St. Mary Church, 119 West Seventh St., Kaukauna. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
