OBITUARY Stanley Carl Betts September 9, 1952 – January 28, 2019 Stanley Carl Betts, 66, passed away at his residence on Monday, January 28, 2019. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 31st at 1:00 pm at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 30th from 5 pm to 7 pm at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry St. Stanley was born in Albany, GA to the late Carl Dupree Betts and Melza Patterson Betts.

He was retired from Brown & Williamson where he worked as a Mechanic. Stanley proudly served in the United States Army and was of the Baptist faith. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 44 years, Brenda Betts; children, Derrick Betts; Kevin Betts; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Melza Benton (Joe); Celia Hodges (Charles).
