Stephan Davis Brewington, 33, of Englewood, OH passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018 following a thirteen year battle with cancer. He was born June 22, 1985 in Springfield and was the son of Lori Anne Stewart and David L. Castle. Stephan was a likeable, funny, goodhearted kid who enjoyed sports growing up, playing football at Reid Middle School, wrestling, and playing basketball in the High Street Nazarene Church Youth Program.

He was a graduate of North High School and worked in the Shipping/Receiving Department of retail stores in Columbus and Springfield as long as his health allowed. He is survived by his mother of Englewood; his father of Springfield; grandparents Don and Beverly Johnson of Springfield; sister Kathleen Brewington; aunts and uncles Anita Lovejoy, Troy and Mark Castle, Cleotis and Elvenah Hatch; and several cousins. The service to honor Stephan’s life will be Sunday at 3:00 PM.
