Stephan Dion White of Steelville, Missouri passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019 at home surrounded by his family. His age was 56 years, 7 months and 20 days and was born July 25, 1962 in Washington, Missouri to Manford and Nadine Gehlert White. On June 5, 1998 in Belle, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Lisa Johnson.

Stephan attended public schools in Belle, Missouri. He worked as a carpenter for many years in the St. Louis, Belle and Bland areas and loved his job. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.

Most of all he loved being with his family and his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his wife of almost twenty-one years, Lisa White of Steelville, MO; three sons, Bradley White of Belle, MO, Brandon (Trina) White of Cuba, MO and Trevor (Tonya) White of Steelville, MO; one daughter, Stephanie White of Belle, MO; one sister Janet Steinbeck of St. Elizabeth, MO; mother-in-law, Barbara (Doug) Tiberghien of Steelville, MO; three sisters-in-law, Christine Santhuff of Steelville, MO, Jennifer (Shawn) Strauch of Ironton, MO and Carrie (Ryan) Spoores of Springfield, MO; eleven grandchildren, Shaddix, Liam, Braylee, Forrest, Iris, Paxtyn, Braeden, Tatum, Trinity, Nihilas and a baby on the way; nieces, Katia of St. Elizabeth, MO and Erica of Jefferson City, MO; nephews, Tyler and Ronnie Dale of Bland, MO; great nieces and nephews; other relatives; and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Megan Johnson; one brother, Terry White; and brother-in-law, Calvin Steinbeck.

Stephan’s wishes were to be cremated. A service will be held at a later date. The Family was served by the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home of Steelville, MO.
