Stephanie Lee Grove, age 72, of Mars, PA, passed away on Sunday afternoon, July 1, 2018. She was born on September 18, 1945 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Miller Skander. A beautician, Stephanie was the owner of Stephanie’s Salon in Mars.

Stephanie was an active member of Valencia United Methodist Church. She also was a past Matron of the Mars Chapter 271 of Eastern Star and at the end of her term as Matron, she served as the Grand Officer’s Page. Stephanie had many memories with her friends from her Gems Bowling League, golf league, and Sassy Ladies Card Club.

She was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed by many friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard (Norma), Robert (Pat), and David. Surviving are a sister, Janice (Frank) Govan of Valencia, a brother Dale “Tony” Skander of Evans City, her three children, Daniel (Suzanne) Grove of Harrisville, Melissa (Arthur) Santomo of Florence, KY, and David “Gap” (Mary) Grove of Conway, and her seven grandchildren, Nicole Grove, DJ Grove, Alexandra Santomo, Ashley Santomo, Arthur Santomo III, David Grove, and Jonathan Grove.

Friends are invited to a Memorial Service at the Valencia United Methodist Church, 66 Almira St. Valencia, PA on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Robert Martin, pastor, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Valencia United Methodist Church at 66 Almira Street, Valencia, PA 16059. Arrangements are under the direction of the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA and condolences are available at www.
