Stephen Bryan Roth, 36, of Mt. Airy, MD went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Lorien Mt. Airy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born on March 21, 1982 in Baltimore, MD he was the son of Frederick Roth of Ellicott City and the late Virginia “Ginny” H. Newman. He was the step-son of Pastor H. Ray Newman of Westminster. Surviving in addition to his father and step-father are siblings, Jamie Strogen of FL, Debbie Dahl of Westminster, and Jason Roth and wife Kriston of Laurel; step-siblings, Carey Newman and wife Katie of PA, Carin Palczewski and husband Aaron of Smithsburg, MD, and Chris Newman and wife Christi of VA; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother, Tommy Strogen. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 2800 Old Westminster Pike in Finksburg, MD with his step-father, Pastor Ray Newman officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Westminster.
