They had 5 children (4 living) before she passed away in Jan 1995. LIFE HISTORY: Stephen was born to loving parents and was raised with his 6 siblings.

Stephen served in the US Army as a ranger in the 173 D Airborne Brigade (The Herd). He served in the Vietnam War from 1968-1969 and earned many decorations including a purple heart. Stephen retired from the military after 20 years of service.

After the passing of his wife Esmeralda he re-married his current widow Linda and became a father to her 5 children. They had 1 child together. Stephen worked as a clerk at the VA hospital until he retired in 2010.

Stephen was a strong, loving man who will be missed by many.
